A Proven Visionary in Software Architecture

Pluckrose, founder of the London-based AVAMAE Software Solutions, brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise software development and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Under his leadership, AVAMAE has delivered more than 200 software projects for sectors including fintech, healthcare, and gaming.

His appointment represents more than just a technical hire—he’s a strategic partner in BDIC’s mission to deliver institutional-grade security and usability for the crypto world. With a philosophy rooted in micro services, automation, and event-driven architecture, Pluckrose has already helped shape BDIC’s MVP roadmap.

Building a Safer Crypto Future

Pluckrose’s leadership is instrumental as BDIC finalizes the build of its decentralized deposit insurance platform. This includes integrating with wallet providers and exchanges, developing a smart contract-powered risk assessment engine, and deploying a scalable system that aligns with global regulatory standards.

“Oliver has that rare mix of technical precision and product vision,” said BDIC CEO Jeffrey Glusman. “With his track record on delivery, BDIC will deliver a decentralized infrastructure that meets institutional expectations.”

From Hot Wallet Coverage to Scalable Growth

Pluckrose and his team are now in Month 3 of development on the MVP, which will offer tiered deposit insurance coverage for retail wallet holders—starting with wallet values between $0–$20,000 USD. The system uses smart contracts and dual-layer risk scoring to determine coverage bands.

As interest grows from exchanges, wallet platforms, and regulators alike, Pluckrose will work closely with BDIC’s incoming security and operations leads to ensure the tech infrastructure matches the scale of BDIC’s ambition.

Looking Ahead

The appointment signals BDIC’s readiness to deliver on its promise: true crypto deposit insurance, designed with consumer trust at its core. As the company eyes Q4 onboarding and token distribution, Pluckrose’s hire further legitimizes BDIC’s position as a leader in the digital asset protection space.
